Directorate of Visiting Professor has been formed on the initiative and guidance of Vice Chancellor Prof. Diwan S. Rawat to provide services of external subject experts to the students and to promote research. The quality of research depends on the development of trained researchers associated with it. Therefore, Directorate of Visiting Professors has been formed with the objective of providing a platform to the students for research internships, capacity building programs and workshops.

Visiting/emeritus professorship will be offered through the directorate where foreign educators, professors, and industry professionals will be invited, while Indian professors, civil servants, judges, security personnel, etc., will be offered visiting professorships.
